If you are unable to print our Returns Form, please note the relevant information on a piece of paper and include it with your parcel. 30 Day Guarantee
Our 30-day guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, unused with all labels intact and still attached to the item within 30 days of completing your order.
We will only refund the costs of your return postage in the unlikely event that your item is faulty or has arrived damaged. If you choose to exchange your item, please note that we will send one exchange per customer and not charge delivery, subsequent exchanges will incur delivery charges.
For orders outside of the UK, we will charge the postage cost for an exchange at the usual rate to send the replacement item.
Happybags is not responsible for returned items until they are received by us, so for your own protection we recommend you use a signature required delivery service with adequate insurance to cover the value of your return. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Returning an Item
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:
• in the space provided, give the reason for the return.
• in the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault with your reason for return in the space provided.
• wrap the item with its manufacturer’s labels intact securely in its original packaging (if possible).
• send the package with this completed form to the address below.
• we will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund, please keep any proofs of posting until you know your parcel has arrived safely.

When returning your order, please ensure that the product is securely packaged and is not folded or crushed into packaging that is too small. If necessary, please contact us and we will send you a dispatch bag for your return. If we receive an item in unsuitable packaging which has resulted in damage to the product we reserve the right to reduce the amount refunded to cover the cost of receiving a product unfit for resale.
