Express Delivery to UK addresses £6.95 Next working day for orders placed before midday. Fully tracked service. Conditions apply, see below.
Europe Based on weight and value. Shipping costs can be viewed at checkout before payment.
Shipping Schedule
We ship Monday to Friday only and endeavour to dispatch all orders that are in stock within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please note that orders placed on a Friday may not be shipped until the Monday.
Whilst we are happy to ship worldwide (excluding USA and Canada), our standard shipping and delivery charges apply to deliveries to the UK and Europe only. If you are based in a country outside of Europe, you must contact us before placing your order as there are some exceptions.
Unless you select Express Delivery, we cannot provide a tracking number or guarantee delivery by a given date. If you require an order to be delivered by a certain date, we highly recommend using our Express Delivery service.
Express Delivery
You must order before midday for your parcel to be dispatched on the same working day. Express Delivery orders placed after midday are deemed to be received the following working day. Our couriers do not operate on weekends and Bank Holidays, so please allow for this when placing an Express Delivery order. For example, an order placed before midday on Friday using 24 hour delivery will be delivered on Monday, if it was placed after midday, it will arrive on Tuesday.
We use either Royal Mail or Parcelforce for which a signature may be required. In case no-one is available to sign for your parcel at the delivery address you have specified, you can leave Special Instructions for us to pass onto the courier during the Checkout process. Please note that if you leave Special Instructions, Happybags are not responsible for parcels left unattended or signed for at an address other than that specified on the parcel. In our experience, couriers do not call telephone numbers provided as Special Instructions.
Ordering
When you have successfully placed your order, you'll be sent an automated email with your order details. If there is a problem with your order, our initial contact will be via e-mail. We will wait one week for a response and will try one more time to contact you. If after a further week we have not received a reply, we will assume your order is cancelled.
Please ensure you check your order details once you are returned to our website after making payment, or by using the automated e-mail confirmation. We do not reinput or check addresses and it is therefore the consumer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is supplied. If Happybags sends an order in good faith to an address which subsequently is reported as incorrect we are not responsible for any losses that occur as a result of being unable to recover the parcel and Happybags will only offer a refund for the missing goods in the event the parcel is returned to us.

(2) Credit/debit card over telephone

(3) Cheque
Please make cheques payable to 'Happybags' and contact us to place your order. Please allow an extra 2-3 days before dispatch of your goods as all cheques must be cleared before shipping.
