Shipping
Whilst we are happy to ship worldwide (excluding USA and Canada), our standard shipping and delivery charges apply to deliveries to the UK and Europe only. If you are based in a country outside of Europe, you must contact us before placing your order. Shipping charges for Europe are calculated at checkout and the total will be shown before you need to supply your payment details.
We endeavour to ship all orders that are in stock within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please note that orders placed on a Friday may not be shipped until the Monday. Express Delivery orders placed after 12pm are deemed to be received the following working day. Parcelforce does not operate on weekends and Bank Holidays, so please allow for this when placing an Express Delivery order. For example, an order placed before 12pm on Friday using 24 hour delivery will be delivered on Monday, if it was placed after 12pm, it will arrive on Tuesday.
We use either Royal Mail or Parcelforce for which a signature may be required. In case no-one is available to sign for your parcel at the delivery address you have specified, you can leave Special Instructions for us to pass onto the courier during the Checkout process. Please note that if you leave Special Instructions, Happybags are not responsible for parcels left unattended or signed for at an address other than that specified on the parcel.
Unless you select Express Delivery, we cannot provide a tracking number or guarantee delivery by a given date, in this instance, we highly recommend using our Express Delivery service.
Ordering
When you have successfully placed your order, you'll be sent an email with your order details. If there is a problem with your order, our initial contact will be via e-mail. We will wait one week for a response and will try one more time to contact you. If after a further week we have not received a reply, we will assume your order is cancelled.
Please ensure you check your order details once you are returned to our website after making payment, or by using the automated e-mail confirmation. We do not reinput or check addresses and it is therefore the consumer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is supplied. If Happybags sends an order in good faith to an address which subsequently is reported as incorrect we are not responsible for any losses that occur as a result of being unable to recover the parcel and Happybags will only offer a refund for the missing goods in the event the parcel is returned to us.

(2) Credit/debit card over telephone

(3) Cheque
Please make cheques payable to 'Happybags' and contact us to place your order. Please allow an extra 2-3 days before dispatch of your goods as all cheques must be cleared before shipping.
