Delivery options are:

Free standard delivery for all orders UK addresses - 3-4 working days after receipt of order
Express 24 hour delivery to all UK addresses £6.95
Europe, based on weight

Whilst we are happy to ship worldwide (excluding USA and Canada), our standard shipping and delivery charges apply to deliveries to the UK and Europe only.  If you are based in a country outside Europe, you must contact us before placing your order.

Delivery schedule:

We endeavour to ship all orders that are in stock within 24 hours of the order being placed.  Please note that orders placed on a Friday may not be shipped until the Monday. 

Express Delivery orders placed after 12pm are deemed to be received the following working day.  Parcelforce does not operate on weekends and Bank Holidays, so please allow for this when placing an Express Delivery order.  For example, an order placed before 12pm on Friday using 24 hour delivery will be delivered on Monday, if it was placed after 12pm, it will arrive on Tuesday.

We use either Royal Mail or Parcelforce for which a signature may be required.  In case no-one is available to sign for your parcel at the delivery address you have specified, you can leave Special Instructions for us to pass onto the courier during the Checkout process. Please note that if you leave Special Instructions, Quirkybags are not responsible for parcels left unattended or signed for at an address other than that specified on the parcel.

Orders can be made in one of 3 ways:

(1) Credit/debit card via our website

Orders can be placed via our website 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

(2) Credit/debit card over telephone

(3) Cheque

Please make cheques payable to 'Happybags' and contact us to place your order. Please allow an extra 2-3 days before dispatch of your goods as all cheques must be cleared before shipping.
