In their quest for a lunchbox that would captivate every kid, or kid at heart, Built NY developed a concept that incorporates whimsical fun with practicality. They collaborated with the award-winning children’s book illustrator, Stephen Savage, to take on the project of creating zoo animals for the design of the lunchboxes. After all, what good is a lunchbox that doesn’t look good?

These fun lunchboxes have foil insulation and are very lightweight making them easy for children to carry. They unzip fully to become a placemat to eat from and then zip back into their animal shapes once the meal is over. This makes the Munchler easy to clean as there are no corners that can trap crumbs and bacteria. All the Munchlers are handwashable but must not be machine washed.

Disappointed with this really! Only used it 3 days and little loop on the top of bag has snapped already. My daughter is only 4 so may have been a bit reckless but should have been made to withstand some wear and tear. Also, I am disappointed with material from which the bag is made from. Thought it may have been softer, think it may tear easily and if that happens isn't repairable.
