How do I make a return or exchange?
There is a link at the top of our page labelled 'Returns'  All the information you need can be found on that page.  If you are unable to print your returns form for any reason, please note all the information we need to know on a piece of paper and include it with your parcel.

The Oilily bag I want is out of stock, will you be able to obtain any more?
Oilily is a seasonal range which means that we have to preorder stock to cover the forthcoming season.  Once that stock is sold out, we are unable to restock until the new season's designs and shapes are released.  The next season due to arrive is Spring/Summer 2008 in mid-February.
