At the top of our website is a link called 'Returns' You can see the full instructions there and print off a returns form. I can't print the returns form, what should I do?
No problem, just note all the information we need on a piece of paper and include it with your parcel. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the UK, Europe and Australia as standard. Unfortunately, we do not ship to the Far East, USA or Canada. For other countries, please contact us and we can advise.
How much will it cost to ship my order to a country other than the UK?
If you put the items you would like to buy into your basket, you can see the estimated shipping cost before you have to pay.
Do you remove VAT for the Channel Islands and is delivery classed as UK?
Yes, please ensure you select the correct country when you checkout and the VAT will be automatically removed.
Do you ship to the US or Canada?
No, unfortunately we cannot ship to the US or Canada due to product liability insurance restrictions. Do you wholesale your products?
