How do I return an item? 
At the top of our website is a link called 'Returns'  You can see the full instruction there and print off a returns form.

I can't print the returns form, what should I do?
No problem, just note all the information we need on a piece of paper and include it with your parcel.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the UK, Europe and Australia as standard.  Unfortunately, we do not ship to the Far East, USA or Canada.  For other countries, please contact us and we can advise.

Do you ship to the US or Canada?
No, unfortunately we cannot ship to the US or Canada due to product liability insurance restrictions.

Do you wholesale your products?
No, we are a retailer only.
